The Lightwork Band had the opportunity to visit close friends (family) Valley Hannell and Rick Scott at their lovely home on Protection Island. One of the intents of this visit was to simply get feedback on the Band's latest writing and recording work. An outside eye, especially one so astute is always helpful.
The winter sun beamed in the ferry windows making us warm and jolly as Scott prepared songs on his laptop for our meeting.
Yo. The creative work is in this laptop. This stuff rocks.
Our taxi arrives to take us to the Protection Island Ferry dock.
It was really nice to spend a whole Sunday focusing on the band. The band members really enjoyed getting out!
Julia T., Krista and Scott en route.
While we were waiting for the Protection Island foot passenger ferry Scott took the opportunity to tour the ladies around the marina looking at working boats that could possibly work for the Ecovillage. We are always creating on several fronts.
A bathtub from the legendary Naniamo to Vancouver bathtub race. Cool.
On board the Protection Island foot passenger ferry. Very cute little boat. The captain talked about fishing the whole time.
Julia T. and Krista riding in the back of the golf cart up to Valley and Rick's house, needless to say they were thrilled!
Rick Scott giving Krista pointers on the strum stick. It was cool to hang out with some other musicians.
Scott noticed a didgeridoo hanging around so of course time for didgeridoo healings! Here Krista's 7th chakra is being cleared.
