The Internal Sun

Thunder in a distant land
Mountains untouched by the hand of man
Birds sing an enlightened, higher song
The day is moist, fresh and long

Turning inside I must do
Turning outside seeing what is true
This afternoon time begins again
But now I sit and feel the rain

At home I left the light ones
Home where the lightness runs
But as I sit in this far away place
I can still feel their power and grace

Energy from my far away home
With a flash lightning seeds are sown
Yes I feel the life force run
Yes I feel the internal sun
